Object of insurance: Property interests related to the harm to life and health of the insured as a result of accidents and other events specified in the insurance contract.
Insurance time:
- during working hours; in the performance of labor (official) duties.
- 24 hours a day; during working hours + during non-working hours (in everyday life).
- at the time of the competition and fees for sports teams and groups.
- 24 hours a day; including competitions and fees for sports teams and groups.
The territory of the insurance is established and may apply to the Republic of Kazakhstan, the CIS or the whole world.
Accidents:
- injuries (injuries), bruises, sprains, injuries, fractures, sprains;
- burns, frostbite, thermal shock, drowning, electric shock or lightning;
- sudden choking as a result of accidental exposure to the respiratory tract of a foreign body
- accidental acute poisoning with poor-quality food products, poisonous, poisonous and chemical (industrial or household) substances, drugs;
- damage resulting from contact with animals, insects, insect and snake poisons due to their bites, poisonous plants.
Insured events due to an accident:
- Death of the Insured in an accident.
- Permanent disability, with the assignment of a disability of I, II or III groups.
- Permanent disability, without assigning disability.
- Temporary disability.
The insurance payment is made in the following sizes, depending on the insured event:
- Death - 100%.
- Disability group I 80%.
- Disability group II 60%.
- Disability group III 40%.
- Permanent disability, without assigning a disability of 20%.
- Temporary disability up to 20% of the sum insured, at the rate of 0.05% - 0.2% for each day of treatment or disability.
The insurance rate is set depending on the degree of danger of the Insured's professional activity from 0.2% to 1.0%. For especially dangerous activities and athletes, multiplying factors are applied.
The sum insured and the term of insurance are established in the contract as agreed by the parties, depending on the wishes of the Insured.
