The property interest of the carrier associated with its duty, established by the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to compensate for damage caused to life, health and (or) property of passengers during their transportation.
The purpose of compulsory carrier liability insurance is to protect the property interests of passengers during their transportation through insurance payments.
The list of documents for the conclusion of the contract for legal entities:
- copy of the certificate of state registration / re-registration of a legal entity;
- copy of vehicle registration certificate;
- a document certifying the address of the legal entity, phone number, bank details;
- a copy of the charter or a document confirming the fact of the Insured’s activities
- a copy of the identity of the person authorized to sign the documents;
- a copy of the constituent document, or another document of a similar nature, as well as an identity document of the founders of the legal entity (with the exception of JSC documents);
