Compulsory insurance of the carrier to passengers

The property interest of the carrier, associated with its duty, established by the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to compensate for harm caused to the life, health, and (or) property of passengers during their transportation.

The purpose of mandatory insurance of the carrier's liability is to ensure the protection of passengers' property interests during their transportation through the implementation of insurance payments.

List of documents required to conclude a contract for legal entities:

• Copy of the state registration/ re-registration certificate of the legal entity;

• Copy of the vehicle registration certificate;
• Document confirming the legal entity's address, telephone, and bank details;
• Copy of the charter or a document confirming the activity of the Insurer;
• Copy of the identification document of the person authorized to sign documents;
• Copy of the founding document, or another document of similar nature, as well as a document confirming the identity of the founders of the legal entity (except for the documents of JSC);
• Copy of the state license (if the client's activity is licensed)
